If you need to return your purchase from PetKing.ph, you can exchange the item for any other item from our store of equal value.

How to Exchange an Item:

1. Bring the Item along with proof of purchase to our partner store:

Store Hours: 10am to 9pm

2. Bring the item you wish to exchange to our staff, we can process your item exchange as long as the following conditions are met:

✅ The item is unopened, undamaged, and in good condition.

✅ It is within 3 days of your purchase from PetKing.ph website.

✅ You must bring a screenshot of your purchase from PetKing.ph.

✅ A valid reason for the return, change of mind does not apply.
